2815893 - Comments field permissions candidate profile - Recruiting Management

Recruiting users who have not been given write permissions to the 'comments' field can still add comments in the candidate profile.

By default field-permission section is defined and gives write and read permission for all the fields to the candidate and read permission for operator who has candidate search permission. However, there are special permission rules for the Candidate Profile 'comments' field. If a user has permission to do candidate search or add a candidate, then the user will have permission to both read and write comments. If a user has permission to do candidate merge, then the user will have permission to view comments in the Candidate Profile.
