2812014 - Job Role Title is not showing in Role Readiness Assessment Form

In the Manager Assessment step of Role Readiness Assessment form, the manager is not able to see the title of the Job Role the Direct Reports is considering (Future Role).

1. In Development > Career Worksheet page, employee launch the Role Readiness: Evaluate your readiness form, for the desired job role:

2. Fill up the form, and send it to the next step (Manager Assessment);
3. Manager access the Role Readiness form in Performance page > Inbox folder;
4. The title of the Job Role the Direct Report is considering is not displayed in any part of the form:

The option "All documents will display their form template name at the time the document was created" was disabled in the instance, and all documents will display their current form template name as configured in the Form Template Administration settings.

By default, the title of the self-assessment form is the future role name. However, when the option "All documents will display their form template name at the time the document was created" is disabled, the forms will show the default form name "Role Readiness Assessment for *EmployeeName*".

To show the title of the Job Role the employee is considering in the Role Readiness Assessment form, it is necessary to enable the option All documents will display their form template name at the time the document was created in Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings.

IMPORTANT: This option does not support translations of the document name. Thus, the form title will not be translated for the logged user's locale and will always keep the title as from the point of launch.

After this option is enabled, the job role title starts to show in the form name:
