 How do I create a posting profile within Recruiting Posting?

In order to create a posting profile please follow the steps below:

• Go to "Manage Recruiting Posting"
• Go to "Manage Posting Profiles & Groups"
• Select the correct group/entity where you want to create your posting profile. Note: You can't create a posting profile at the first level of your company.
• Once the correct group/entity is selected click on the little "+" button on the bottom left of your screen.
• A pop-up appears, you will be asked to choose between "group" and "posting profile", choose "Posting Profile".
• Fulfill the information needed for the Posting Profile. 
• Email: usually a general email address.
• Posting Profile’s Name: This name is usually the name of an entity, service of your company, or even the company name. Note: It should never be the name of a recruiter or physical person
• Recruiter first name and last name: It should be the Posting Profile’s Name divided in both first and last name.
• Click “Save” on the bottom right of your screen.

You have created a Posting Profile.

Important Note : The "+" button will be greyed out if you try to create a posting profile at the company/root level (highest level of your tree structure). In order to proceed with the above actions, you need first to enter your company/root level by clicking on it and then you can proceed by creating group and posting profile.
