2789199 - Unable to see Active Membership in Manage Permission Groups - Error

1. Go to Admin Center > Set User Permission > Manage Permission Groups
2. Click to open the details of one group
3. Click in the number of Active Membership
4. See an error in the screen like this:
   

When configuring the Group Members, in the people pools some field that is associated to a Picklist was used, and used only in the inclusion OR in the exclusion part.

There are two ways to resolve this problem: removing the association between the standard field and the picklist or make sure to cover all the picklist options in the inclusion and exclusion people pools.

Removing the association between a standard field and the picklist

This configuration is done in the data model file. To be able to edit it, you need to have access to Provisioning. If you are a customer, please contact your Implementation Partner or Customer Support requesting to remove the picklist associated with the standard field you use as filter. If you are going to create an case for Customer Support, please select the component LOD-SF-PLT and make sure to provide:

• Company ID:
• Standard field ID:
• Picklist ID:
• Written approval for Support Engineer being able to do the changes in your data model:

Cover all the picklist options in the inclusion and exclusion people pools

Lets take as example the picklist ABC. Picklist ABC has the options: aaa, bbb and ccc. You have configured to exclude the users who have the option bbb marked in this picklist, if you try to check the Active Membership, you will receive the error.

You need to create a people pool in the "Choose Group Members" (inclusion) section selecting the same picklist ABC and including the options: aaa and ccc, to cover all the options. If not, the system will not have reference and will consider the inclusion as N/A, and gives the error when calculating the Active Membership.
