When you go to Provisioning to see the Candidate Job Alerts details of the job that runs to send the job alerts, you can see the details of the times it ran.

The number of job alerts sent takes into consideration emails that were sent to internal or external candidates, or one of them only?

In general, the job will take the information from both internal and external candidates that created a Saved Search withing Recruiting Management, showing the number of emails sent for both types of candidates. Hence, the job's information will depend if the instance has a Social Sourcing/Recruiting Marketing or not.

If the instance does have RMK the job will only show how many emails were sent from Recruiting Management, that is, internal candidates or candidates that created a Saved Search using the RCM Career Site (internal or external).
