2775858 - Termination fields are still in the data base after an employee has been rehired

After a user has been rehired successfully, their termination details can still be accessed via report or API query.

For example, fields such as payroll-end-date, lastDateWorked and bonusPayExpiration are still in the data base and only end date is cleared.
