2771056 - Export to Microsoft Excel does not Export Address Column From Target Group

When you export the Excel of members of a target group, you see the address column is missing in the excel add-in.

SAP Sales Cloud

1. Go to the Sales Campaign work center.
2. Go to the Target Groups view.
3. Open Target group ABC (ABC represents of target group id).
4. Go to Members tab.
5. Select Action icon and select Export to Microsoft Excel.
6. Download.

Here you see the Address column is missing in the downloaded excel.

The Address field is a calculated field. Depending on the member type, the value of the field is determined at runtime. Since the values are dynamic, the export to excel function cannot work on this field.

This is an expected system behavior.
