SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Audit records are created for changes in Interview Overall Rating (Recommendation) and changes in Ratings for Competencies on the Interview Assessment.

Creating a change audit report for interview information:

1. Navigate to Change Audit Reports > Create Personal Data Report.
2. Select 'External Candidate Search'.
   
3. Select external candidates by names.
4. Select 'Recruiting' as the Module.
5. Select 'Interviews' as the Functional Area.
6. Set a Time Range.
7. Enable Recurrence if necessary.
8. Submit.
   

Downloading change audit reports:

1. A notification will be sent once the report is ready. 
   Subject: Download Change Audit Report: CAL-ChangedOn-CandidateFirstName-LastName-YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ:OFFLINE Status: FINISHED
2. To access the report, click on the link provided in the notification or navigate to the Access Reports page.
3. Download the report.
   

Viewing change audit reports for interview information:

• The value '-1972' represents Unrated. (In database, the value for Unrated is stored as '-1972'.)
• The field name 'Rating : Overall' represents the recommendation result. The value '1' represents 'Recommended' and '0' represents 'Not Recommended'.
• Timestamps are logged based on the time zone of the data center location. You can find the time offset by navigating to User menu > Show version information.
