• I have several contracts for one job board. Can I set them all in Recruiting Posting?
• I need to set up several templates for one job board. How can I do it?
• Each entity needs to post jobs on the same job board with different credentials. Is it possible in Recruiting Posting?

Multiple configuration (different contracts, credentials, template IDs, several layouts or logos) can be handled in Recruiting Posting by creating several posting profiles.

For each posting profile you will be able to set up separate configuration (credentials or layout / logo ID, etc...) if handled by job boards. During the posting, you need to choose the posting profile related to the configuration you want to use. Posting profiles may not be used more than once in Job Board setups, so depending on your business needs, multiple identifcal posting profiles may need to be created (with different names), so you may use the same set of user permissions as many configurations as required.

Each posting profile can be set up only with one configuration (credentials) for each job board. A job posted by the posting profile A cannot be modified by the posting profile B until it's expired or deleted.
