2755786 - Expected Behavior When I Re-Enable RCM Job Alerts - Recruiting

Some customers have asked the following question regarding RCM job alerts:

If I've RCM job alerts turned on before disable them for RMK job alerts, the original RCM job alerts that internal candidates created would be re-enabled when RCM job alerts are turned back on?

When we enable job alerts in Provisioning, there's a job that's automatically created (you can check that in Manage Scheduled Jobs in Provisioning) and that will run at a certain time. Once you disable the job alerts, that job will become "Not Submitted" therefore the internal candidates stop receiving the alerts. However, once you enable the alerts again, essentially a new job is created and submitted and the system will catch whatever job alerts were created by the internal candidates and send them.
