Symptom

How can I remove a job board from Recruiting Posting interface?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactor Recruiting Posting

Resolution

There are two possibilities to delete the job board in Recruiting Posting.

Total removal (job board will be removed from all posting profiles/users):

  1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting
  2. Select My Job Boards
  3. Search for the job board you want to remove
  4. Click "Delete job board" top right and confirm by clicking "Yes" in the warning pop-up


Partial Removal (job board will be removed from selected posting profiles/users):

  1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting
  2. Select My Job Boards
  3. Search for the job board you want to remove
  4. Go to "Availability" tab and click "Edit set of users" on the right side
  5. Uncheck the posting profile/user or group which should have the site removed and click "Save"

NOTE: In both cases, this action will block the recruiters from using the job board for future postings, but it won't remove the job offers that are already posted on the job board that you are deleting. They will be posted until they expire, or they need to be removed manually by recruiters.
