2748157 - Not Able to Create Follow-Up Sales Order and Contract in a Sales Quote

The field 'New' is grayed out for Sales Order and Contract under the Sales Documents facet in Sales Quotes.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Open a Sales Quote.
4. Go to the Sales Documents facet.
5. The field 'New' is grayed out for Sales Order and Contract.

You cannot create a new follow-up Sales Order and Contract to a Sales Quotes with 'Completed' status.

This is the standard behavior of the system.

An alternative would be setting the Sale Quotes as pending to create a new follow-up Sales Order and Contract.

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Open a Sales Quote.
4. Click on Actions button.
5. Click on 'Set as Pending'.
6. You would be able to create a new follow-up Sales Order and Contract.
