2745614 - Documents in Candidate Profile/Application Does Not Accept a Spreadsheet (xls/xlsx) in Recruiting

• When uploading documents in the candidate profile or the application, the system does not accept documents with an .xls/.xlsx file format.
• The system throws an error saying that the file type is not supported.

1. Access your candidate profile or the application.
2. Upload an *.xls or *.xlsx document into resume, coverletter, and documents portlet.
3. An error occurs saying that the file type is not supported.

Request the user/candidate change the file format of the document, using one of these supported formats:

• .CSV
• .DOC / .DOCX
• .GIF
• .JPG / .JPEG
• .PDF
• .PNG
• .TXT
