2744493 - Changing Sender Name of Email Job to Friend Feature in Recruiting

When you send a job to a friend/coworker, the email is being sent with a system Sender Name.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

When Single Sender feature is disabled, the system will send the email to the referee as <system@successfactors.com> instead of sending with the user which is referring to prevent the email from being sent to the spam folder.

• To send email with the referral email, enable the Single Sender feature in Provisioning.

Note: Customers do not have access to Provisioning. Please reach out to your Implementation Partner for assistance.

• Notice the Email Job to Friend will not pick email from the Single Sender feature and from the user profile, for example:

You have the company email in the 'Single Sender Email' inside the Single Sender, but the email will be launched with the email set within the user profile.
