2738172 - Error: "City in address of Account, Ship-To, and Bill-To party missing"

When you are trying to create a New Sales Document, you face the error: "City in address of Account, Ship-To, and Bill-To party missing".

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Order work center.
2. Go to the Sale Order view.
3. Search for Sales order AAA and select it (AAA stands for the Sales order ID).
4. Click Edit, then View All.

Error Message raised:

"City in address of Account, Ship-To, and Bill-To party missing"

The City, has not been maintained in the Account Master for the account.

Maintain the field, City in the Account master data and the issue will be resolved.

1. Go to Account Management work center.
2. Go to Accounts view.
3. Search for the account XYZ (XYZ being the account name). 
4. Click on Edit and View All.
5. Go to the Communication tab and the Addresses sub-tab.
6. Here, maintain the city.
