2732643 - Wrong location on job board - Recruiting Posting

• The location that is shown on a job board is different from what was filled in Recruiting Posting.
• My jobs are published on job boards with a wrong location.

Most of the job boards has their own system to define the location from the information Recruiting Posting sends in the feed. Some of them just copy and paste the information they receive while other reprocess it through an automated system that could be very precise using the city, postal code and country information.

The city value must be clear and do not contain additional information like country or region code.
Recheck that everything matches in your job requisition, especially between the city and the postal code. If it does match, you can raise a Launchpad ticket for the Recruiting Posting support team for further investigation.
Please note that you will most likely encounter an error if the location field is filled with an address instead of a city.

Also, before creating a Launchpad ticket, verify if the job was actually posted via Recruiting Posting. As some job boards scrape jobs from your career site, location details may be processed incorrectly. In this case, you need to reach out directly to the job board.
