2727155 - Form Showing only one section - 360 Multi Rater

When a 360 Form is open, the user can se only one section of the form, not able to view the full document.

1. Create a 360 form
2. When the user opens the form from the Inbox, only one section of te form is showing, regardless the number of sections that the form has.

This is because the option to "Show form by section" has been selected.

This is a configuration of 360 form that are not yet upgraded to 360 2.0 and still use the PMV11 version of forms.

In order to correct this, the user need to click on the option "View Full Form" in the top of the screen, as highlighted below.
