2724953 - In Preparation Sales Order Missing in the Report

You are using the Sales Order Volume report and when filtering for the In Preparation Sales Orders, you see that not all Sales Orders which are found under the Sales Orders view are displaying in the report.

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select List under Reports view.
3. Open the Sales Order Volume report.
4. Filter for the In Preparation status.
5. Sales Order ABC (ABC represents the ID of the missing Sales Order).

Not all Sales Orders which shows on the OWL (Object Work List) are showing at the report.

For the In Preparation Sales Order to show in the report, the Sales Order needs to have an item maintained under the Items tab.

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Sales Order view.
3. Search for the ID ABC.
4. Click on the Edit button.
5. Click on the View All button.
6. Navigate to the Items tab.
7. Add an Item.
8. Click the Save button.

Now you can refresh the report and the Sales Order ABC shows.
