How can I export the Profile photos from my instance?

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

In order to export the photos from your SuccessFactors instance, a job can be set to run, that will export them to your SFTP Account.

From the 1H 2023 Release: 

• You can configure, run and monitor the required job from the Admin Center via Scheduled Job Manager.
  This was introduced with the following enhancement: WNV: EDU-18622 - Upload and Export Multiple Profile Photos in Scheduled Job Manager

For the 2H 2022 Release:

• The Export must be configured in Provisioning.
• Please note that only Partners and SuccessFactors Support have access to Provisioning, so if you are not currently working with a Partner please submit an case to our portal.
• Our Help Portal has further information on how to setup and run the job, but please note that you will need to provide some information when contacting support, such as the folder in SFTP that you wish this to be exported to, as well as login details (which you can add to the secure area of the support case).

Note: Currently it is not possible to export the profile photo for a specific user.
