Who can see the job requisitions?

The job requisitions can be viewed by the assigned operators/roles.

The roles in Recruiting that can be assigned to any active user within your organization to see and work on the Job Requisition are the following:

• Recruiter
• Coordinator
• Hiring Manager
• Sourcer
• Second Recruiter
• VP of Staffing

In addition, Recruiting roles can also be applied to a team of users. A team can include multiple individually picked users and/or groups. Team users will have the same level of access as the primary operators for a given role.

Note: Originator and adhoc approvers can also see the requisitions since they are part of the approval process.
