• The job board doesn't display all the fields that was filled for the job requisition.
• The job board is displaying the information with a different format that what was filled.
• The job board is displaying the information in a different order than the way it was displayed in Recruiting Posting.
• The job board is displaying some information that are different from what was filled in Recruiting Posting.

The job boards are integrated in various ways to Recruiting Posting depending on their technology and needs.

Usually, an xml feed is provided to them, containing all the general information as well as specific fields that they requested. Job boards are using the feed to rebuild the job offer and to publish it, doing so, they have the possibility not to show some information or to change the order of the information being displayed.

Some job boards will also prefer to display the information that was set up directly in their account rather than the information from the feed (e.g. company description).

Also, some job boards accept HTML tags but some might only accept the text without any formatting information.
