2710327 - Tile Builder tile changes to a custom tile when transferred (export -> import)

When a custom tile built with the Tile Builder is exported and imported (same or different instance), it becomes a custom tile and is no longer editable.

1. Build a Custom Tile with the Tile builder
   Without Report Center: Admin Center > Reporting and Analytics > Manage Dashboards > Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files > Build Tile
   
   With Report Center: Reporting > New > Tile
2. Export the Tile
3. Import the tile in the same instance or a different instance.

After importing, the tile is listed with 'Product' type 'Custom.
Editing the tile gives limited options: Name, People Scope + User prompted filers, Drill down and availability are the only available options.
The category and Metric cannot be modified anymore.
Adding / Removing filters is also not possible.

The behaviour is expected.
Once exported, the tile builder tile loses the tile builder properties and is saved as an epix file.
If there is a need, rebuilding the tile in the destination instance is the only option.
