2704247 - Only 50 Characteristics and Key Figures are Allowed in Reports

You are looking to display over 50 fields when using a report, including characteristics and key figures, but system automatically reduces the number to 50.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics and the view Design Reports.
2. Search and open the report ABC.
3. Include the desired number of fields in the report.
4. Once the total fields reach more than 50 in total, the following message appears: "Only 50 Characteristics and Key Figures Allowed in Reports; layout adjusted"

The current framework does not allow to add more than 50 fields in total, including characteristics and key figures, in the report UI. This behavior is designed to control the data volume and performance in reports, thus avoiding unexpected performance issues to be experienced in the system.
