2698657 - Application error while accessing login page from branded career page - Recruiting Marketing

Application error occurs when candidate clicks on View profile or Join TC link or Apply Job in the RMK external career site of a sub brand

1. On RMK site, click on the View Profile/Sign-In link
   
   
   
   
2. You will get an Error : The requested operation is not available.

• A possible cause is that the Microsite ID does not match in RCM and RMK.
• BizX Instance Refresh activities can also lead to synchronization issue between RCM and RMK. This would only impact the target instance and not the source instance.

1. After performing a BizX Instance Refresh, please go to Career Site Builder > Tools > Brand Management of the target instance and click on Save button at the top right corner of the page. The synchronization should be restored if the Microsite ID matches in RCM and RMK.

2. Verify the Microsite ID on RMK:

RMK:

1. In Career Site Builder, click on Tools
   
   
2. Brand Management
   
   
3. Verify the Microsite ID column for the brand where you got the Application Error
   

RCM (SuccessFactors Instance):

1. Admin Center
   
   
2. Manage Recruiting Sites
   
   
3. On the site that you are having the application error, click on Take Action
   
   
4. Edit
   
   
5. On the Site URL, you will see that the Microsite ID does not match the one in RMK
   

After perfoming the steps above, copy the Microsite ID from RCM and copy it to RMK according to the following steps:

1. In Brand Management, edit the brand desired
   
   
2. Paste the ID on the Microsite ID field
   
   
3. Click on Update
