SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

1. Go to Schedule Offering
2. Untick  the ‘Segment is virtual’ box
3. All users for this schedule offering then receive SystemUnenrollmentNotification notification.

This is working as designed.

When a user enrolls in a Schedule Offering with virtual session they are also enrolled into that ( webex etc ).

If an admin unchecks the "Segment is Virtual" option user will be notified.

This is expected Behavior.

If you wish to have cancellation notification not be sent out to participants when "Segment is Virtual"is unchecked.

This is not possible without having bad/unwanted data in the system so this would not be advised.
