2664224 - Singapore VAT return Preview Disabled/Greyed Out

When making VAT Return for Singapore, the Preview button is greyed out.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to the Tax Management work centre.
2. Go to the Tax Returns view.
3. Go to the VAT Returns sub view.
4. Select Tax returns in Preparation XXX (XXX stands for the Tax Return ID) with Country of Tax Authority SG-Singapore.

The Preview button is disabled/greyed out.

1. Go to the Tax Management workcenter.
2. Navigate to the Tax Authorities view. 
3. Select the Tax Authority and country Singapore.
4. Press Edit - Company Tax Arrangements.
5. In the Tax Return Arrangements subtab for your Tax Return Arrangement ID XYZ (XYZ stands for the Tax Return Arrangement ID).

You notice that Electronic Submission indicator is set (No action can be done on it).

This is the normal system behaviour because for Tax Return Singapore form output is not supported.
