2662519 - Error: Costs Not Determined: Required Entry Field ID Of QueryItem Not Filled

You are editing a Sales Order and you face the error message, Costs Not Determined: Required Entry Field ID Of QueryItem Not Filled.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Order work center.
2. Go to the Sales Order view.
3. Search for the required order XYZ. (XYZ refers to the ID of the Sales Order)
4. Click on Edit and View All.

Error: Costs Not Determined: Required Entry Field ID Of QueryItem Not Filled

If the price list for the product is not maintained, then the list price could not be determined automatically during creation, this is the required master data for intercompany/A2A order.

Also, if there are changes (Sales Unit. Valuation Data, Price List) on the document, a manual reflect on the pricing is needed after the follow up creation.

1. Go to the Sales Order work center.
2. Go to the Sales Order view.
3. Search for the affected order XYZ.(XYZ refers to the ID of the Sales Order)
4. Click on Edit and View All.
5. Navigate to the Pricing and Invoicing tab.
6. Go to the Total Pricing and click on Update Pricing.

The system will update the pricing and get the cost value from product master data.The issue will now be resolved.
