Symptom
Incorrect target role for change of position assignment.
The expectation is that the approver should be the second manager of the new position that is being assigned.

Reproducing the Issue
- Set up a workflow for a position change.
- Set the 1st step Approver Type to be role.
- Set the Approver Role to be second Manager.
- Trigger the workflow.
- Notice that the Approver is the current second manager of the current position and not the second manager of the new position.
Cause
- This is caused by the Leading Hierarchy being Position Hierarchy and the hierarchy adaption does not get saved until after the workflow is approved.
- Therefore the target/source is not applicable in this option
Resolution
To resolve this the role Position relationship should be used if you want the approver (second manager) to be the target of the new position to be the first step approver.
