2659615 - CRM - Data Capture Forms and Landing Pages - Recruiting

Data capture forms enable users to create a custom "lead generation" web form. The forms allow companies to request new or additional information from candidates. Forms are added to CSB landing pages.

Candidates can click on a link, land on the page, and enter info into the data capture form fields.

Information on the configuration of the Data Capture Forms (DCF) and adding them to landing pages in CSB is available in Data Capture Forms for New and Existing Candidates topic of Candidate Relationship Management section in the Recruiting guide.

It's important to mention that standard Candidate Profile fields are available to include in Data Capture Forms. They currently are:

• Primary Email;
• Email;
• First Name;
• Middle Name;
• Last Name;
• Mobile Phone;
• Home Phone;
• Country;
• Resume;
• Address.

Standard Candidate Profile fields apart from the listed above must be requested via an enhancemeent request. Besides the standard Candidate Profile fields, a user can add custom fields created in the Candidate Profile Extension into a DCF.
The DCF layout is not editable, and you cannot add external elements (text, images, etc.)

Please check the influence portal for already submitted requests such as idea 232326 (state, city, zip)

Also note that the privacy policy text does not display until after the country is selected, and one cannot click Submit until they have accepted the privacy policy.

Note: It's not possible to remove the following fields from Data Capture Forms as they are mandatory in RCM side in order for a candidate to be created: Primary E-mail, First Name, Last Name, Primary Phone, Country of Residence.
