2654230 - Data Verification Result is Showing Open differences in BO pair Inventory - PlanningViewOfInventory

You have executed Data Verification Run, and the Data Flow Verification (DFV) has detected differences in the data flow between a pair of Business Objects (BO). The differences remained after an automatic check was repeated.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Navigate to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Data Flow Verification Results view.
3. Find and select the Result XXX (XXX represents the Data Flow Verification Result ID).
4. Click the Edit button.
5. Go to the Results tab.
6. You can see error messages like:
   a. Inventory ABC (ABC represents the Inventory Document ID) and Planning View of Inventory XYZ (XYZ represents the Planning View of Inventory Document ID) - differ.
   b. Unrestricted quantity in CMO_PAR and inventory quantity differ.

There is a discrepancy between the Inventory and the Planning View of Inventory which may be due to the message update from Logistics Execution Requisition to Supply Demand Planning failing. You can resolve the issue by clicking on 'Start Document Synchronization', and thereafter on 'Start Repeat Check'.

1. Navigate to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Data Flow Verification Results view.
3. Find and select the Result ID XXX (XXX represents the Data Flow Verification Result ID).
4. Click the 'Start Document Synchronization' button.
5. Click the 'Start Repeat Check' button once the Synchronization is completed.
6. This should resolve most of the inconsistencies. However, if the system is still reporting error after you have performed the above actions, kindly report an incident.
