N/A appearing on Mentoring sign up form under Mentor/Mentee name.

Cause
The fields which are showing in the instance as "N/A" are mapped to "Job Role" and "Job Family" respectively. The reason they are showing as "N/A" is because there is no job code associated with the Mentor/Mentee.
Resolution
The job code needs to be mapped to a Job Role. Then this Job Role needs to be mapped to a Job Family.
