Is it possible to update override field via Manage Template Feature?

It is possible to update the existing override field from the Application XML Template via Manage Templates in Admin Centre.

In order to enable Manage templates, please follow up this KBA: 2157630 - Enabling Manage Templates in Recruiting

See the steps below:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Templates > Job Application
2. Select the desired template
3. General settings > field attribute override 
4. Hit "Field attribute override defined. Click to modify"
