2614379 - Error Faced During Price List Upload

You are trying to upload a Price List using Microsoft Excel, but you are unable to save it, due to the error "The remote Server Returned an error: (500) internal Server Error".

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Open the Excel template with the saved data of the Price List.
2. Log on to the system using the respective credentials.
3. Click on the Save Data To button.

The following error is faced: "The remote Server Returned an error: (500) internal Server Error, Total Number of Records Saved: 0".

For optimum performance, the number of line items on the Price List are best limited to around 10000 or less. When you check the affected Price List, you can see that the number of line items exceeds 10000 and hence, the error occurs.

Reduce the number of line items in the Price List and limit it to a number less than 10000. Once this is done, the price list can be saved onto the system.
