2607177 - Realignment Run Doesn't Work For Uneditable Objects

Objects (Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Activities) that cannot be editable are not updated by realignment runs.

SAP Sales Cloud

1. Create a realignment runs for accounts.
2. After finished open the Application Log for the realignment runs created.
3. Number of Activities, Opportunities and Quotes is zero.
4. Go to the Sales Quotes view (used as an example).
5. Open a Sales Quote.
6. Click the Edit button and perceive that the object cannot be edited.

Perhaps the user can obtain the warning message "Sales Document does not allow edits due to the Extern Indicator". It implies that the Sales Document is editable by ERP (or an External System) only.

The realignment runs work to realign editable objects only.

This is the current system behavior. Please note that territories are not being replicated from ERP either hence if you want to use Territories you have to make the object editable by removing the Extern indicator.
