2604853 - You Cannot Delete A Territory 'Cannot Delete Territory; * Remain Assigned To It'.

You want to delete a territory but this is not possible and you get an error similar to: 'Cannot delete territory; accounts remain assigned to it'.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
2. Go to the Territories view.
3. Select the relevant territory ABC (ABC represents the territory name).
4. Click the Delete button.
5. The territory will not be deleted. You might receive an error message like 'Cannot delete territory; accounts remain assigned to it' or similar. 

Your territory ABC is assigned to data in the system. The error message above would mean that there are accounts assigned to the territory. You might get a similar error if other documents have the territory assigned (for example Sales Orders).

Delete the territory from the documents - both Master data as well as transactional data.
