2604223 - Unable to Change Termination Date in Termination Details

When attempting to change the termination date of a user in the Termination Details section of Employment Details.

1. Navigate to the Employment Details.
 2. Select Edit
 3. Termination Date is not editable
 4. Permissions to this field are applied.

This is Expected Behaviour.
The Termination Date field in the Termination Details for a terminated user, is a non-editable field.

If you wish to amend the termination date, this can be done via one of the below methods:
 1. Update the field via a Termination Details Import
 2. Update the Effective Date of the Termination Record in Job History.
     Please bear in mind the Effective Date in Job History, must be one day after the termination date in Termination Details.
     This record marks the first date the employee is no longer active in the instance.

You may need to also adjust the termination/end date for the following records also:

• Compensation Information 
• Position Object if using the To Be Hired field 
• Time Off Objects
