With SAP Jam Basic Edition and SAP Jam Advanced Edition you cannot invite any external users to join due to these editions do not support this functionality, so the extranets users for Basic and Advanced company would be zero (0).
In order to invite external users to join SAP Jam, you need to upgrade either to SAP Jam Advanced Plus Edition or SAP Jam Enterprise Edition. For further details and information, please refer to our SAP Jam Collaboration platform:
