2597273 - Inconsistent Invoice Request With Error: "Party Sales Unit ID does not exist in master data"

When checking inconsistent invoice request ABC (ABC represents the invoice request ID) the following error message is shown:

"Party Sales Unit ID XYZ does not exist in master data" (XYZ represents the ID of the sales unit).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Customer Invoicing work center.
2. Go to the Invoice Requests view.
3. Search for invoice request ABC.
4. Select invoice request ABC and click the Check button.

System shows message: "Party Sales Unit ID XYZ does not exist in master data."

Currently sales unit is not valid.

You need to extend the validity of the org structure XYZ.

1. Go to the Organizational Management work center.
2. Go to the Org Structures view.
3. Select the date for which the sales unit XYZ is valid and click OK.
4. Click Find and search for org structure XYZ.
5. Click Edit and navigate to Timelines subtab.
6. Select the Attributes and change the Valid To.
7. Click Save. 

Now you need to redetermine the invoice request ABC as follows:

1. Go to the Customer Invoicing work center.
2. Go to the Invoice Requests view.
3. Search for invoice request ABC
4. Select the invoice request and click the Check button.
5. Click Redetermine All.
