2597083 - Login to LMS from BizX News page not appearing

• The News page upon login from BizX to Learning is not appearing for users.
• The News page appears as expected when logging in natively to Learning.
• The Admin has enabled displayNewsPageOnLogin=Always in LMS_ADMIN.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Log in to SuccessFactors >
2. Click on Home > Click on Learning >
3. No News page appears. 

Within LMS Administrator navigate to:

1. System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration >
2. BizX > note that the following setting is currently set as false >
3. # showNewsInIntegratedMode controls whether the news page popup on the learning home page.
   showNewsInIntegratedMode=false

1. Navigate to System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration >
2. BizX > Update showNewsInIntegratedMode setting to true >
3. # showNewsInIntegratedMode controls whether the news page popup on the learning home page.
   showNewsInIntegratedMode=true
4. Save Changes and issue is resolved.
