How To Add RMK 'Pixel Tracking Code'

For Legacy/Non CSB enabled RMK Sites:

As part of the SCR process (See the See also section) this can be added to the required pages by Professional Services. We will need the following information:

•     SiteId (Both Stage and Prod)
•     RMK Datacenter (Both Stage and Prod)
•     Pixel Tracking Code that will be used
•     Pages (with URLs) the code should be added to

For CSB Enabled RMK Sites:

The tracking code should be populated in the Javascript section for the global page in the CSB configuration tool by the Implementation partner or the customer.

1. Go to Career Site Builder Administration via Admin Center>Manage Career Site Builder
2. Go to Appearance
3. Select Global
4. Select JavaScript tab
5. Add the Pixel Tracking Code

 You can also add the tracking code to specific pages according to the following steps:

1. Go to Career Site Builder Administration via Admin Center>Manage Career Site Builder
2. Go to Pages
3. Select the Desired page (Home, Category, Content or Landing)
4. Select the Locale
5. Select the Brand
6. Click on Add Component
7. Add Custom Plugin component
8. Select custom plugin
9. Add the Pixel Tracking code

Notes:

• The third party providing the tracking code may require it to be added to the confirmation/thank you page of the application process to count completed applies. In this case, adding the code to the CSB configuration will not work as the code must be populated in RCM where the actual apply takes place. Please see KBA 2380219 in the See also section for instructions on how to do this.

• Engineering will not fix any issues triggered by third party javascript insertions so thorough testing is recommended before enabling in production.
