2592560 - "The version of SAC server is not supported by android application." in SAP Analytics Cloud App for Android Devices

When accessing a Quartlerly Release Cycle (QRC) SAP Analytics Cloud tenant using the SAP Analytics Cloud App for Android, the following error message can be seen;

• "The version of SAC server is not supported by android application."

• SAP Analytics Cloud Wave 2020.2.X
• Quarterly Release Cycle (QRC)

1. Navigate to Google Play Store
2. Search for "SAP Analytics Cloud" found at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sap.epm.fpa
3. Download and Install the App
4. Enter SAP Analytics Cloud credentials for QRC Tenant
5. Observe the error message

• SAP Analytics Cloud for Android, version 1.0.0 was released on February 17, 2020. However, the minimum SAP Analytics Cloud version required to use this app is 2020.03.
• However, as of April 2020, SAP Analytics Cloud tenants updated on a Quarterly basis will be on Wave 2020.2.X.

• If you are using a SAP Analytics Cloud tenant which is updated on a Quarterly basis (Quarterly Release Cycle), then you will receive an update to SAP Analytics Cloud in Q2, which will meet the requirements for use with the SAP Analytics Cloud for Android App.
