2582695 - Unenrollment notification with ICS instead of VCAL

User receives ICS attachment when withdraw from Scheduled Offering. However, all settings are configured to receive only calendar invite.

1. Create a scheduled offering
2. Navigate to the user side and enroll this test user on the scheduled offering. This will trigger enrollment notification with calendar invite.
3. As a user, withdraw from the scheduled offering.
4. Withdraw notification will be triggered with ICS attachment, not calendar invite.

The VCAL template for the unenrollment notification was customized.

Use the default VCAL template for the unenrollment notification template. To check how to use the default template, please follow KBA 2458858.
