2578847 - Non Permissioned Users Can Select All Job Requisition Templates from Position Org Chart - Recruiting Management

Users only have permissions to select certain Job Requisition templates. However from Position Org Chart when creating a Job Requisition from a Position the user can see all Job Requisition templates forms that are active in Provisioning.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting tab.
2. Click "create" to create a new Job Requisition.
3. User can only select Job Requisition templates they are permissioned to.

The above three steps is the expected behaviour.

1. Now go to Company Info drop down menu in the top right corner.
2. Click on the Position Org Chart tab.
3. Click on a Job Position.
4. Click the menu option in the top right of the pop out menu.
5. Click Create Job Requisition
6. Click the drop down arrow beside the Job Requisition template field and the user will be able to see all active Job Requisition templates.

Using Role Based Permission, the 'Permission to Create Forms (selected templates)' will only influence which Job Requisition templates the user can select when the Job Requisition in being created via the Recruiting tab -> Create New.

Basically, one permission will allow users to select all the active Job Requisition templates and the other will restrict which Job Requisition template you can use to create the Job Requisitions.

It is currently not possible to restrict the Job Requisition templates the user can see when the Job Requisition is being created by Org Chart. If 'Select Job Requisition Template in Position Organization Chart' is enabled, the system will show all the Job Requisition templates that are configured and made active in Provisioning. This is the currently working as designed.
