2576045 - Not Able To Restrict Employees From Applying Leave

Symptom

Not able to restrict employees from applying leave.

Environment

Successfactors - Employee Central Time off

Reproducing the Issue

Cause

This happens if Time Management is configured as a separate section in Admin Center -> Configure People Profile

Resolution

Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Navigate to Admin Center -> Configure People Profile
  2. Check if there is a separate section for Time Management.

  3. If it is present, then click on the highlighted block and drag it to place it in the Employment Information section.

  4. After the block is placed successfully, Remove the Time Management Section.

  5. Click on Save.
  6. Now you’ll see only 1 Time Off in the Employee View section of RBP.

  7. You can now follow the KBA: 2487091 - How to allow employees to only view their time records and balances? -EC-TimeOff to restrict employees from raising time off request.
