You are trying to release a Base Price List DEF which is either Partially Release or Not Released. Error messages 'Action failed' and 'Base Price List ABC with same validity already exists' are triggered (DEF stands for the new Base Price List to be released, ABC stands for another Base Price List with overlapping validity dates).
