2561671 - Price for Class not shown in Library

The price is not being shown in the Library for the classes.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

First in the Admin side:

1. Go to the class;
2. Click Purchasing tab;
3. Set Purchasing Option to "Charge to Buyer's Authorized Account Code";
4. Apply Changes;
5. Go to Pricing tab and set a Price for the class;
6. Click on Save and perform "Master Inventory Price Change Propagation" to updated the price in all the libraries associated to the class;

Then in the User side:

1. Search the item related to the Class;
2. Click in More;
3. Click in Offerings;
4. The price won't be shown next to the available seats.

There is a setting in System Configuration that is disabled.

For correcting this behavior follow the below steps in the LMS Admin side:

1. Go to System Admin->Configuration->System Configuration;
2. Edit the FINANCIAL file;
3. Find the "showPricingInternalUsers" and set it to true (it will look similar to "showPricingInternalUsers=true"), this setting is related to the Internal Users of the system;
4. You can also check the "showPricingExternalUsers" setting, which is related to the External Users, and set it to true;
5. In the end use the "Apply Changes" button to confirm the changes.
