Apprentice Management home Tile Always loading on Homepage for on-Site Supervisor

Log in/ Proxy as a user defined as an on-site supervisor within Apprentice Management.

On the home page the tile is continually loading.

This will be caused if the user that is defined as the on-site supervisor is not the on-site supervisor for any department for an apprentice department.

The tile will continually load if the user that is defined as an on-site supervisor is not defined as an on-site supervisor for any department.

 

 

To resolve this you need to add the have the user that is defined as an on-site supervisor to be an on site supervisor for a department.

 

Then when the user that is defined as on-site supervisor in an department the tile will load on the home page:
