2551376 - Agency Listings missing in the Job Postings section of a requisition

In the Job postings section of a requisition, you are unable to see the Agency Listings section. Instead, you are able to see an Agency posting entry in the Job postings table.

1. Go to Recruiting

2. For any job requisition, go to the Job Postings section

Check the option in  Provisioning >> Company Settings >> Enable Posting to specific agencies

If this feature is unchecked, the main Job Postings table lists an Agency option. Recruiting users can post jobs to “Agency” the same way they would to the internal career site. In this case, the job is either posted to all agencies or none.

If this feature is checked, the Agency option is absent from the main Job Postings table and a new Agency Listings table appears. The recruiting user can click Add Agencies and select which agencies they wish to post to, and may set start and end dates for the agency postings.

If you want a separate Agency listings section in the Job Postings and you want to post a job requisition to only some of the agencies set up in the instance, you need to check the option in Provisioning >> Company Settings >> Enable Posting to specific agencies.

Please note that once enabled, this feature cannot be disabled.
