2550687 - Global Assignment: Home Record Not Set to Dormant

• When adding a Global Assignment (GA) to an employee, his home record is not updated and remains unchanged.
• Home Assignment's status remains Active. The expected behavior is the status would be set to Dormant.
• How to update Home Assignment's status when adding Global Assignment?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Add Global Assignment to an Employee;
2. The Employee Job Information status in the Home Record remains Active;
3. It is expected that once an Employee is sent to GA, Home Assignment will be set to Dormant;
4. Although employee profile header displays it as paused, it remains as Active in Job information.

1. No "Away on Global Assignment" record has been created.
2. The Event Reason used on Global Assignment did not have "Employee Status" set to "Dormant".

1. Please set the rightToReturn Association visibility from "Read only" to "not visible";

2. If Right to Return has not be configured, please make the change to the association;
3. Configure the Event Reasons that will be used for Global Assignment, "Employee Status" to "Dormant";
