2550306 - "Error Data" message when opening a MDF Talent Pool - Succession Management

When accessing a Talent Pool, the system displays the message "Error Data":

When using Readiness scale in Talent Pools for nominations, this error may occur if the "Readiness" options are not configured or configured incorrectly in Org Chart XML. The system uses the configuration from Org Chart XMl to retrieve the Readiness values.

To resolve the issue, it is necessary to configure the "Readiness" definition in the Org Chart XML, according to the "Readiness" rating scale configured in Admin Center > Rating Scales. If the options are already configured in the Succession Org Chart XML, verify if they are correctly configured.

To complete tasks in Provisioning, you would need to engage your Implementation Partner, as access to Provisioning is required. In case you are no longer working with an Implementation Partner, you can open a Change Request with Cloud Support.
